However,the xylitol is a kind of product which has low calori and without any side-effect for the body and mainly used for prevent diabetes,decayed tooth and obese. It's the ideal substitute for the edible sugar. The corn core is the material for producing the xylitol. Fuyu county has abundant corn core resource and can produce 0.4 million ton fo corn core yearly. The price is cheap also.Except small amount for deep processing furfural, the rest were almost burnt or thrown away, causing great waste of the resource. Foreign countries have hundreds of years history of developing xylitol deep processing project making use of corn core and the technique is getting more and more mature. By introducing advanced Holland technology or relying on domestic related science department technique to build this project can improve the attached value of agricultural product and increase farmer's income. The project of xylitol will be a good one transferring from resource advantageous to product advantageous.
2.Construction Scale and Product Plan: Cover the area of 80,000 square meters. Construction area is 40,000 square meters. Main product is xylitol 5,900 ton/year. The particle product of xylitol is 0.76 million bags/year. The tablet of xylitol are 10 million tablets/year. The side product is xylitol paste 1,200 ton/year.
3.Market Analysis and Economic Benefit Forecast: Yearly sales income is 170.54 million yuan. The normal yearly sales tax and additional is 12.859 million yuan.The total value of profit is 27.492 million yuan. The income tax is 9.072 million yuan and the profit after the tax is 18.42 million yuan.
4.Total Project Investment: 109.03 million yuan RMB, of which 99.62 million yuan is fixed asset investment.
