Mopan Mountain Rubbish Burying Disposal Factory Construction Project
I.Project Outline
1.Project Background: At present, the rubbish of Fuyu County sends to different dustbins and collection places in different areas, and after collection transport to recent rubbish pile place, and adopts natural pile method. There is no any innocuous disposal about these living rubbishes, and the pile place is quite near citizen and river. Some rubbish is directly filled in river, which pollutes river and environment a lot. These rubbishes affect the entry scenery of Fuyu County directly, and bring bad effects to visitors and city image. There were many channels and holes had been filled in, and some filled height is much higher than the design height, and cause a lot of problems, and pollute the ground water and Songhua River a lot. Existing rubbish is saturation. Reasonable rubbish disposal is the most important thing to Tumen government and Tumen citizen. Fuyu County rubbish production gross is 50 thousand ton, include living rubbish production amount is 45 thousand tons; industry solid castoff discharge is 5 thousand tons; no any danger castoff. Accumulative rubbish is 500 thousand tons in 10 years, and covers 16 hectares.
2.Construction Scale and Products Plan: The scale of rubbish disposal project is: sanitary burying is 150 tons each day. Rubbish burying district is fossa type rubbish storage and fill up from the front to the end according to different unit. After calculation, the valid capacity of burying storage is 2.68 million stere (the height of dam is 30 meters, dam crest length is 143 meters). According to the filling amount 150 ton each day to calculate, rubbish burying per year is: 150/0.70*365+0.1*(150/0.70*365)=860 thousand stere, and the actual using year is 31 years which satisfy the rule of burying place limited year least value. In storage, there is rubbish dam, cutting flood tunnel, vertical flow transmitting pipe and vertical gas transmitting cage to avoid the seep and transmitting gas under the storage.

6.Construction Venue: Fuyu County Mopan Mountain, 9 kilometers from the north of urban area, the total area of burying place is about 13.4 hektares, and utilize 80 meters natural ravine, and storage capacity is big, and using year is 31 years. In addition, this place could enlarge using area, and prolong the using circle. It is an ideal place.
