The senior vocational and technical training institutions established with foreign investments to train various types of vocational and technical personnel and international business personnel, within three years since the establishment, grant the trainees subsidy equal to one-third of the training cost in the manner of stipend according to the number of trainees. The imported teaching apparatus, instruments, laboratory equipment, and chemical reagents thereof are exempted from import duties and import-related value-added tax.
The state-level development zones, under the premise of the originally approved planning areas having been fully utilized, may properly increase the size of land and expand the planning area, based on the overall land use planning and the overall urban planning.
