1. Project Content:
Zhuer Hill is always the folk spontaneously touring gathering place, having development condition of countryside park and green farming vacation spending area. With a comprehensive analysis on Zhuer Hill Tourism Area land using characteristics, resources base, target functions and culture background of Fuyu region, five tourism development themes are set up: first is three wild culture, including picnic, wild bath, and camping; second is ice-snow culture, including sports on ice, sports on ice, ice acts, and ice entertainment; third is ecological farming culture, including traditional farming culture, leisure exercises, science common sense education and modern farming culture; fourth is eating culture, including folk characteristics, fishing village garden, and farmhouse garden; fifth is religion culture, including temple fair, religion holiday ceremony. At present, it is summer touring prosperous time, and average daily visitors of Zhuer Hill are over thousand, so now it is urgent to build up vacation village project to provide service in good quality and to meet the touring market requirement. Five stressed developing functional areas: fishing and herbing landscape area, sports and leisure area, ecological farming touring area, farmhouse garden area, and temple fair culture are.

Zhuer Hill is located in Caijiagou of Fuyu County, Songyuan, between 102 National Road and Beijing-Haerbin Railway. It is 75km away from Haerbin in the north, 180km away from Changchun in the south, and is the boundary crossing point of Fuyu, Yushu and Shuangcheng, 15km from Fuyu County, with convenient traffic. Total touring area is 6.77kŠO, with 2.45kŠO covered by forest. The boundary river of Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province flows under Zhuer Hill, with 850 water poles. This area combines with water and hill, having 29.5 m high straight cliff in the water, together with 281m widest river surface form a splendid natural scene. The hill is mostly covered by needle leaves trees with a complete vegetation system. There is Ciyun Temple 2000 m from the hill, which has century history and popular for its Buddhism. 20 km from Zhuer Hill along the Lalin River to the north, a national protected cultural relic, Ą°Dajin Deshengtuo Praise StoneĄą is on the bank.

Overview: Caijiagou Industry Area of Fuyu County is an industry area of city class. It is located at boundary of Jilin and Heilongjiang Province and the crossing boundary zone of Fuyu, Yushu and Shuangcheng. It is 75km away from Haerbin in the north, 180km away from Changchun in the south, and 4km from 102 National Road in the east. Caijiagou is 197 kŠO, with population of 0.21 million. The starting construction area of Caijiagou Industry Area is 2 kŠO, planning size is 6 kŠO. At present, 18 companies have come into Industry Area, capital asserts investment is 56.25million US dollars, realizing production value of 39.87 million US dollars, 0.93 million US dollar tax and 1400 labors arrangement. Eastern Area is guided by Yidong Cement and Jinzhu Paper Industry to be a dominant industry of cement products and farming products processing.
